RENTAL RATES
Rental rates include access to all three halls, namely the Imperial Ballroom, the White Star Vault Room & the Princess Grace Mezzanine, our state of the art lighting, sound & projection systems as well as stage and back black curtains.
Mondays to Thursdays
$14,000 (plus taxes)
Fridays to Sundays
$16,000 (plus taxes)

TURNKEY PACKAGES
To facilitate the planning of your event, the St-James Theatre offers a variety of turnkey packages that include catering services, bar services, tables, chairs & more.
CATERING
The St-James Theatre works with six internal caterers for all events, namely Brera Catering Company, Société Traiteur, Julien-Leblanc Traiteur, Robert-Alexis Traiteur, Fusion Catering & Citrus Catering (kosher).
Be sure to contact us for more information on the menu options and packages we offer in collaboration with our internal caterers.
The St-James Theatre also welcomes external caterers at a catering fee of $20 per person.

BAR SERVICES
Equipped with a bar permit, the St-James Theatre provides full bar services. Open bar packages as well as the use of coupons & running tabs are available for all events.
Kosher bar options are also available.
EXTERNAL BAR SERVICES
The St-James Theatre offers Brahm Mauer Bar Services (BMBS) as a preferred external bar service provider at an additionnal fee of $10 per person. BMBS provides premier bar and mixology services for those seeking to elevate their events with unique signature cocktails.
PREFERRED SUPPLIERS
The St-James Theatre has partnered with various preferred suppliers, namely Luxe Rentals, Celebrations Group, Location Gervais, Global Events & Les Productions Manuel Hurtubise for all event services and rental needs, from furniture and tabletop rentals to event design, technical and lighting direction, graphic design work, custom decor, live entertainment and more!
