Rental rates include exclusive access to the entire venue, namely all three halls available at the St-James Theatre, internal state of the art lighting, sound & projection systems, staging and curtains

Friday to Sunday
$20,000 plus taxes*
*Preferred rates available for certain charitable & cultural events
WEDDINGS
Low Season, January to April
$17,500 plus taxes
High Season, May to December
$22,500 plus taxes
FILM & PHOTO SHOOTS
12,000$ plus taxes/day, maximum 12 hours/day
or 1,200$/hour, minimum 3 hours
